The Wunda is the “powerhouse” of the studio. It will challenge the core muscles in whatever exercise you choose. It’s also adaptable to your client’s abilities, whether they are just beginning or are more advanced and capable of an hour-long workout on the apparatus. In this workshop you will learn how to incorporate the Wunda Chair at every level.

Initially, work on the reformer primarily involves learning how the carriage moves with spring tension, learning the different body positions for the exercises, and learning a particular repertoire. This workshop will give you the tools necessary to help your clients to work deeper and more thoroughly, thereby taking their work to a higher level. You will come away from this workshop with a better understanding of the Reformer and how it relates to every apparatus in the studio.
